ARTIST STATEMENT
When poetry is written, beneath the fold of every word there is a feeling that unravels. The Persian language is known to be a language for poetry. The idea behind “Poetry of Women” was born from my love for Persian literature and poetry. With this collection, I attempt to rewrite Persian poetry through a feminine lens.
