ARTIST STATEMENT
The collection Judith, is inspired by the role of women within the iconography of Art Nouveau, often being displayed within the dichotomy of the temptress or the virgin. Taking influences from silhouettes from the 1880s and 1890s, this collection will explore the role of women through the use of sheer fabrics and fabric painting.
